Having so much fun that I forgot to get a picture with the team… even after I made sure to put it in my agenda. 🙈 So, a mediocre Canva portrait will have to do. 🤪
Three years ago, I took a leap of faith and started the Representative Team after being told numerous times not to…and I am so incredibly glad I did.
I’ve been pushed. I’ve had more trials and errors than I’d like to admit. I’ve questioned whether I was capable of doing it and even contemplated whether this was truly my calling.
And somehow, each year, I’ve come back more certain.
This year has already been filled with more growth and engagement than I could have imagined. Being able to create is something that genuinely brings me so much joy and gives me such a strong sense of purpose.
From 5 seniors, to 9, and now to 16. Each year has looked a little different, but my heart has been just as full every single time.
Planning, executing, and wrangling a whole group of high school seniors is certainly not for the weak. 😅 But seeing it all come together makes every second worth it.
16 girls.
5 counties.
9 schools.
And I ended up with the most GORGEOUS group of girls, inside and out. Seriously, how did I get this lucky?! 😭🩷
RLP Class of 2027 Rep Team,
You have been prayed for and prayed over. I hope you know how intentionally you were chosen. I cannot wait to spend it celebrating you.
