a day full of lots of fun and lots of laughter. there’s nothing better than the way these two constantly make each other smile and laugh, except maybe the way that they loved hard and partied equally as hard 🤘🏻

i met kelly & alex almost two full years ago when i took their engagement photos in brooklyn and it was the best to see them get married yesterday! their ceremony location was freaking gorg, they wrote their own vows, the toasts made me cry, and the reception was an absolute blast (but those photos are for another day 😉)🤘🏻

what a blast this day was 🍾 it feels like forever ago (almost 2 years!) since i’d met melissa and will for their engagement shoot in the town where they first met. being able to finally celebrate their day with their wonderful group of friends and family was well worth the wait 🙌🏻

EXCITING NEWS✨

You may have seen this in my story earlier, but I was awarded the “best of weddings” award from today! 🥳

The support that I receive daily from my clients, friends, and family when it comes to my photography is enormous, and I am so endlessly grateful for that.

The backyard might not have been the original plan, but who would have guessed that it wasn’t when it was so so perfect for their wedding. they met in high school and have been together for 12 years so it really felt to me like it was meant to be that they would get married right where it all started. ✨

yesterday’s wedding was so fun and was the kind of day that made me feel like i’ve known the couple for way longer than I really have (tbt to when I followed Ally bc her profile pic was her dog 😂). I’m so grateful to get to share in these happy moments, especially this year 💛

Sara & Ryan booked me over a year ago and had plans for their big wedding with lots of family members and guests present. yesterday wasn’t that, but it WAS beautiful and intimate and special and I feel so honored to have captured it for them. and next year we’ll party 😉

friday’s wedding was the kind of day that had me tearin’ up constantly.

you could tell this was a long awaited day, but the pain of having to postpone their original plan to get married in april seemed long forgotten, as the joy of the day took center stage.

the day was so full of heart and love and my only goal was to capture it in a way that they will still *feel* how wonderful the day felt when they look back in 50 years ❤️
