Here’s something I want you to sit with for a second.

You didn’t wake up one day and suddenly become worthy of being photographed. You didn’t earn it by losing the weight, or hitting the milestone, or getting everything in order.

✨You’ve been worthy this whole time.✨

You just haven’t had the chance to see yourself through someone else’s eyes yet.

“I finally see myself differently.”
That’s one of the things women say most often when they leave the studio. Not about the photos, about how they felt. Seen. Taken care of. Like themselves, but more so.

The nerves that walk in the door? They don’t last. What takes over instead is something quieter, a kind of permission to just exist, without managing anything or anyone for a little while.
