Mountain Images Photography Newborn and Portrait Photographer located in the mountains of Maine My name is Caitlin Ringle. I'm a mother and Kingfield local.

I grew up with photographers as parents, studied photography (and writing) in Boston, where I lived for 6 years before deciding that it was time to come home. My most willing subject is my daughter, but I also love capturing your special memories!

Rowan turned one awhile ago, but his Harry Potter themed Cake Smash Photos are too magical not to share. Mom was hoping he'd follow in her footsteps and join house Slytherin, but Rowan went for the red and became a Gryffindor (at least for now...) We had so much fun with this photoshoot... not only because both the client and I are huge Harry Potter fans.

Rowan fussed a bit through the beginning of his session but a little time, and a little milk, were all he needed to snooze through the rest. Photographing newborns is my absolute favorite, but especially so when they are the newborns of my friends! Nikita Tolman, Rowan is lucky to have you for his mom.

Parents! You deserve pictures of yourself without your kids in them (at least some of the time!)

We had a great time with this session. Mike and Ashley were naturals in front of the camera, even though they'd expressed some concerns about poses ahead of time. I told them we'd keep it relaxed and natural, and they blew me away!

Extra thanks to my husband for minding their littles while we took these photos.
