Hire Drone Pics LLC is excited to announce our new real estate photography package and pricing! Effective immediately, our new basic package includes the following: a basic floor plan (see attached image) and a comprehensive set of interior, exterior, and aerial* photographs of your property. Our competitive pricing is based on the square footage of the house, calculated at $0.10 per square foot. All photos will be delivered within 24 to 36 hours following the photo shoot. If you are not satisfied with the photos, you’ll pay $0. Additional services are also available, including video production and upgraded floor plans with or without Gross Living Area (GLA). The list below shows the number of photos included in Hire Drone Pics LLC's $99 (plus tax) realty special, which is in effect until March 31st. This rate is valid for all realty shoots in any location; however, mileage will be charged where my free service area ends.

-1 to 3 aerial shots (drone). Provided weather and airspace is
conducive for flight
-2 to 4 exterior shots toward the subject
-2 to 4 exterior shots from subject to front, back, and sides (as
applicable)
-1 to 2 for each bathroom
-2 to 3 for each bedroom
-2 to 4 Kitchen
-2 to 4 Dining room
-2 to 4 Living room
-2 to 4 Miscellaneous (i.e. sheds, pools, etc)

Additionally, video can be added but is not included in the special.

Sorry it took so long, but I finally finished editing the King, NC Christmas parade! This was the 1st parade for aerial photography, so there are some really good shots, and some not as good as I would have liked, but I hope you enjoy it! Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing any portion of the video with watermarks removed, I can also get still shots if you like. The video was loaded to FB in Full High Definition (FHD) 3.7 Gigs, verses 4K at 9.8 gigs. For $30 you can purchase a 10 second video and 1 still photo in 4K or FHD.

Had my first maintenance issue with both of the DJI Air 2s drones. Neither drone has had a hard landing or crash, both drones had stress fractures in their middle frame. I had to totally disassemble and reassemble both drones. Thankful to have learned and taught high reliability soldering while in the Air Force. Anyway, both drones have been repaired and performed Functional Check Flights (FCF), which passed with flying colors. In case you're wondering, I think the root cause is the folding and unfolding of the front arms, which were probably actuated between 250 - 300 times. I'm building a transport device so that I won't have to fold the arms.
While I enjoy how well the DJI Air 2s flies, and it's photographic capabilities, I'm disappointed in the quality of the drone. The pivot points for the front arms have the metal parts attaching to plastic mounting points. Additionally, the circuit board, had poor soldering (the bigger the gob, doesn't mean the better the job), also, the circuit board doesn't appear to have been cleaned after assembly.
I'm very thankful that neither drone crashed from the stress fractures!
