Went to for the first time and damn, they really have dark skies! The sand, the ocean, the wildlife, it has everything! Worth driving 3 hours from Pennsylvania. Planning a weekend camping trip there soon.

Here's a photo of the beautiful Milkyway taken from the park.

My very first attempt at a wide-field astro shot, featuring the Orion Nebula, Horsehead Nebula and the Flame Nebula from the Orion Constellation. The lens that was used is the 135mm F2 on the Sony A7II, mounted on the Skyguider Pro.

Very amazed at the result. A good polar alignment is necessary when you go with longer focal length. Planning on doing more in the future and go deeper. :)

Finally got to edit my Utah trip. This one is taken at Capitol Reef. Such a beautiful park. The sunset was magical. Probably one of my favorites! Utah has five national parks and they each offer they're uniqueness. I can't wait to go back and do more photography there or maybe even live there one day. What's your favorite Utah national park?

Hello there.

Captured this panorama in during sunrise. Driving through Cades Cove is an amazing experience. Cades Cave is an 11 mile loop road inside The Smokeys. It's a beautiful place to observe nature and wildlife. There's an abundance of different flora and fauna there. Black bears are one of those animals that roams around in Cades Cove. Remember that if you see any wildlife, to not disturbed them, keep a safe distance and never feed them. Let's keep our wildlife, wild...

Cascade Ridge.

This photo was taken on State Route 73 in the Adirondacks. I was out at night driving around scouting for the next couple of days. I see this pullout area, next to Cascade Lake and Cascade Ridge. It was dark, but I timed an oncoming car driving by, to illuminate the side of the ridge. A little bit of light pollution from Lake Placid, but I think it added a bit of drama.

Really falling in love with Pennsylvania and New York's waterfalls. They are everywhere! From small ones to big towering cascades.

They are beautiful in every way imaginable. Some are easy to get to, some takes some effort. But it's always worth it at the end.

Ready for take off.

This photo was taken at Marcy airfield in Keene Valley, NY. It was an easily accessible area to take some astros. The field is filled with wildflowers! Cars passing by can sometimes light up the side of the hills creating some drama. Light pollution can look good sometimes in photographs. Just be mindful that fog will roll in if you're taking images on flat fields like this. You just have to wait it out or capture the scene before they roll in.

The night is dark and full of stars.

This photo was taken on our last night at the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks. We were lucky enough to have three nights of clear skies. Met some awesome people at our dispersed camping location. One of them is Jack, a 77 year old van-dwelling, kayak loving wanderer. He lives solo his van and travelling wherever the rapids take him. He is such an inspirational guy. Funny and very kind hearted. He sure made us laugh. So here's to Jack, may you find all the things you are looking for.
