Morgan and Riley’s engagement session from last fall was the perfect mix of outdoor portraits and time inside the To***co Company in Richmond, Virginia. I love playing with both flash and natural light during engagement sessions because it gives your gallery so much variety and a little glimpse of what your wedding portraits can look like, especially if we’re shooting inside your venue!

I met Lexie of last November at Rust Manor House () and fell in love with her and her team. When she reached out about a rebrand and new headshots for Pannuto Events, I was immediately in. Not to mention, honored she asked me to do them!

There’s something really special about working with someone who pours so much intention into every detail. From the way they design spaces to how they care for their couples. That kind of heart deserves to be seen, and this rebrand feels exactly like that. Big things are coming for Lexie, her team she’s built, and her brand. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of it ✨

I love when couples choose to do a second, more casual outfit for their engagement session. Add in the planes flying overhead at Gravelly Point, and suddenly it’s not just simple photos anymore. For Kerry and Austin, it’s a memory from a place that already means so much to them. A spot they’ve spent time at, been on dates at, and now get to remember forever from their session ✈️

Sunrise on the beach with Danya and Drake last summer in the Outer Banks 🌊

We first met back in 2023 for their first session - so when they reached back out wanting another session in OBX, I was so excited! Danya told me they wanted their session this time to feel fun, playful, and not too formal. She told me “just work your magic!”

I just love when couples trust me to do my thing behind the camera because that is when we end up with the best photos.

We spent the morning running around the beach at sunrise and laughing the whole time. Afterwards, they inspired me to go get the classic biscuits from - which is truly an OBX staple for breakfast!

These are the sessions I want to relive over and over this. Who wants to do a sunrise session on the beach this summer?

Finally getting around to sharing my new headshots that the talented took for me in February! I’m officially stepping into busy season and easing back into a full time schedule, especially now that the weather is almost warm again. I can’t wait!

It’s been a while since I’ve done a proper introduction! My name is Sarah Grace. I’m 25 years old, based in Northern Virginia, and I specialize in wedding and senior portrait photography.

To celebrate the start of busy season (and because it’s Friday), here are a few fun facts about me:

• I started photography at 17 while I was still in high school. I never imagined it would become my full time job. I worked part time all throughout college before getting my degree. After that I never looked back!
• Before photography, I thought of becoming either an Olympic swimmer or a travel nurse. I actually got my CNA license when I was 16!
• I’m an extrovert all day long with clients and friends…but once I’m home, I fully recharge in introvert mode.
• My ideal wedding morning includes a fresh açaí bowl, good music blasting, and the windows down on the drive to it.
• I’m a night owl
• Cocktail hour is lowkey my favorite part of a wedding day. The candids and the energy is unmatched.
• I’m not a picky eater at all, but the three things I don’t like are chocolate, peanut butter, and coffee (caffeine never seems to wake me up!) I have been dabbling with Matcha recently though.
• I love listening to music. My top 5 artists on my wrapped this year were: Billie Eilish, Zach Bryan, Bad Bunny, Olivia Dean, and Drake. I listen to all genres haha. While editing, my favorite artists to listen to are Thee Sacred Souls and Daniel Caesar.
• Huge fan of TV shows while I edit too. Whether it’s a good binge or a reality show...I just finished Tell Me Lies and Traitors and I’m now watching Survivor 50. I’d love any recommendations because I feel like I’ve seen all the good ones already!
