What am absolute amazing and wild night. Hours standing in frigid air out at Point Iroquois Lighthouse, and finally after most people left, at around 12:27am, things got lit (literally). It came quick and sudden but lasted for a fair bit with the lights dancing and zinging across the sky directly overhead.

I won't lie, I shed a few tears at just how beautiful it was. If you missed them, here are some of the best shots I got, along with a quick cell phone video I threw in as well because it was so bright the phone picked it up decent enough.

Let me know if you were out there too! I was right down on the beach from about 10 until 1 in the morning. I know there were still a few people hanging out bundled up when I was leaving.

New camera and new kitty! Meet Delilah, our little 4 month old kitten getting in the holiday spirit this season. Will be back in action coming this spring/summer for portraits and new landscapes in the shop. Can't wait!
