Hey! Thank you for visiting my Facebook site. My name is Rachel! I am a self-taught photographer who is ever passionate about what I do, takes care with every detail, and I love getting the best photos of your favorite moments to cherish for a lifetime! A little bit about me...I am a big kid and I am a lot of fun. I am laid back, love art, I am an abstract painter. I love books--both collecting and reading them. There is something rather cathartic about being surrounded by literature and art. I am extremely family oriented. I love to laugh and I love making others laugh. I was a physical therapist assistant for 15 years and feel blessed each day to have been able to transition into a career I am so passionate about.

The dining room gets more attention in November than it does all year. Long meals deserve something worth looking at.

A practical note for anyone hosting: art above a sideboard or buffet should be about two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it, with six to ten inches of space between the two.

That proportion makes a room feel settled instead of accidental.

Across the Keys
