Hi, I’m Megan — the eye (and heart) behind Megan Harber Photography. With over 20 years of experience behind the lens, I’ve had the joy of capturing everything from the tiny toes of newborns to the proud smiles of seniors, the glow of maternity, the love of families, and even the whirlwind magic of weddings. After recently growing my own family, I’m stepping back into photography with a full heart

but a lighter schedule — and focusing on what I love most: Senior Sessions. Whether it’s high school or college, the excitement in their eyes, the pride, the anticipation for what’s next — it’s all worth capturing. These moments matter, and I strive to make them affordable without sacrificing quality. Throughout the year, I’ll also be offering themed mini sessions so families can still grab beautiful, seasonal memories without a huge time or budget commitment. Photography has always been my passion, and I can’t wait to help you freeze these moments in time — with heart, honesty, and a whole lot of personality. Let’s make something beautiful.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY REGARDING MINORS

I want to take a moment to clarify my policy when it comes to photographing anyone under the age of 18.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present for your session.

Yes, this includes 16- and 17-year-olds. Being a teenager, a high school senior, or almost 18 does not change the policy. If you are under 18, you are a minor.

If a parent or legal guardian is unable to attend, the parent or legal guardian must let me know ahead of time, and another responsible adult 18 years or older must be present for the entire session.

This is not negotiable and there will be no exceptions.

🚨 PLEASE READ THIS PART CAREFULLY:
If a minor arrives for their scheduled session without a parent, legal guardian, or previously approved adult who is 18 or older present, the session will be CANCELED.

It will NOT be rescheduled, and there will be NO refund.

I will not make exceptions because someone is 16, 17, a senior in high school, or because a parent was unable to make it at the last minute. Please make arrangements ahead of time or contact me to reschedule the session.

This policy is in place to protect my clients, their families, and me as the photographer. It also ensures everyone feels safe and comfortable throughout the session.

I appreciate everyone respecting this policy and understanding that your session time, payment, and safety policies are taken seriously. ❤️

Past Senior Session Spotlight: Dominic 💜

Some seniors come into your camera for a session, and some you’ve had the privilege of watching grow up.

I’ve known Dominic since he was 5 years old. I’ve watched him grow from that little boy into such an incredibly intelligent, kind, and impressive young man, and getting to photograph him for his senior year was pretty special. ❤️

Dominic was a member of the Class of 2024, and now he’s continuing his education at Stephen F. Austin State University, where he’ll be graduating next spring!

I am so incredibly proud of him and all that he’s accomplished so far. I honestly can’t wait to see where life takes him and what he does next. I know he has a bright future ahead of him!

And yes, I’m already looking forward to getting him back in front of my camera for those college graduation pictures! 🎓📸

Watching these kids grow up is one of my favorite parts of being a photographer. Getting to document them at different stages of their lives is something I’ll never take for granted.

Congratulations on everything you’ve accomplished so far, Dominic. I’m so proud of you! 💜
