It felt like a good time to put my own face on the feed for once. 🤎

I’m Shailee — the photographer behind Shailee Berry Photography, professional third wheel, timeline keeper, dress fluffer, family-photo wrangler, and the person who will absolutely tell you what to do with your hands.

I love photos that feel warm, timeless, and like you. The perfectly posed ones are beautiful, but some of my favorites are the in-between moments; the laugh right after the photo, the wind catching your veil, your people being your people.

I’m based in the Olympia area, will travel anywhere, and photograph weddings, couples, families, seniors, and all the good stuff in between.

I’ve probably got a coffee somewhere nearby.

I read an unreasonable number of books.

I will fix your hair, straighten your necklace, move the random thing out of the background, and notice approximately 47 tiny details at once.

And yes, I know being in front of the camera can feel awkward. I’m a photographer and even I have to fight the “what am I supposed to do with my body?” feeling. 😂

Mostly, I just really love getting to document people in seasons they’ll never get back exactly the same way again.
