Susan Weeks Children's Portraiture Photography is a perfect way for me to express my creative side:) It is so much more than just "taki My style is a combination of posed and candid.

Fun is a requirement! My goal is to capture the little details that make you melt.

Session Suggestions:
- Bright bold colors
- Big patterns, bright stripes, large polka dots, or whimsical prints
- Jeans
- Layers
- Skirts with fun tights and cute jackets, jean skirts
- Pretty dresses
- Sweaters with hoods for boys and girls
- Overalls without a shirt for boys
- Button down shirts with ties, maybe even dad’s tie!
- Dad’s or mom's or grandma's or grandpa’s hat
- Pajamas
- Stocking hats, tasseled hats, straw hats, cowboy/cowgirl hats and boots
- Tiaras, tutus, butterfly wings
- Superhero capes
- Ribbons and bows in hair
- Striped knee socks
- Bare feet
- Converse or high top sneakers:)
- Suspenders with matching bow ties
Or simple and classic
- White or pastel
- Cotton or linen
- Khakis and polo shirts
- Seersucker
- Crisply ironed oxford cloth shirts
- Hand smocked dresses/simple patterns
- Plain white t-shirts
- Bare-bottomed babies (if you are comfortable with that)

Newborn sessions are best within the first 10 days of life. In fact, under 7 days is GREAT! Just give me a call when you leave the hospital and I will meet you at home. Well, I am kidding about that....sort of! After 10-14 days, they lose their sleepiness and are not as "poseable". Newborn shoots could take up to 2 hours or longer. We will stop to change, feed and soothe the baby. Oh, and I will need some baby snuggling time:).

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!!!

He will be here for a no touch, social distancing visit!
His truck will be decorated and it will have blankets to sit on. Blankets will quickly be Lysol sprayed between families unless you prefer to bring your own. Truck surfaces around the pose areas will be wiped down with disinfecting wipes as well.
