Fun fact - this is Hopscotch Chief Media Officer Emily Olman demoing lightweight Rokid smartglasses powered by RealWear, Inc. - and getting a first look at what a lightweight wearable & practical field use product looks like.

It’s already being used in construction, engineering, and more with micro-displays that enable situational awareness and hands-free work, and intuitive augmented communication

We believe that smartglasses pe*******on will continue to grow and grow, and that as products like Ray-Ban | Meta open up vibe coding to developers (that means coding with AI assistance), that there is a not too distant future in which the real estate market - and the residential market could have its first big shift in technology since floor plans got easier. Remember, Matterport launched in 2013!!!

It takes years for markets to mature and wearables are the same.

Our biggest trends we are seeing these days? The rise of on the horizon (we promise it’s coming) and smartglasses rank high.
