In light of recent legal developments surrounding the use and creation of images involving AI technologies, I want to take a moment to share something that is incredibly important to me.

As a photographer, I take pride in protecting the images of vulnerable children entrusted to me. Your child’s safety and privacy will always be a priority.

I believe every parent should have a choice when it comes to how their child’s images are used. That is why I give every client the option to consent to a model release or decline one. Choosing not to sign a release will never affect the quality of your session or the way your family is treated.

Please understand that I take this responsibility seriously. Once an image is shared publicly, we cannot always control where it goes, how it is used, or who may access it. With the rapid development of AI technology, protecting children’s images feels more important than ever.
