Wedding guest pet peeves-
For the record, these are all ones I’ve seen in my life, so I just wanted to bring them to light!
do not talk to the couple while they’re in eating! Let them eat, they’ve been likely going since 6am and haven’t eaten too much, I know you’re super exited to chat with them, but give them a few minutes to be able to eat, I promise they’ll get to party with you soon!
Challenging the couple to more drinks, when you can tell they are done drinking, they want to be nice and chat with you, but they don’t need to be hungover the day after their wedding if they don’t want to be!
Hogging alllll of the couples time. Don’t follow them around like a puppy, let them come to you (especially at the beginning when they first see everyone), say your quick hello and congrats- they have to make it to every guest to say their hellos then they can come spend time with you later!
