✨ Studio session with this gorgeous mama‑to‑be ✨
I had the best time photographing a coworker who most people only ever see in full nurse‑practitioner mode — scrubs, hustle, and zero time for glam. So when she walked into the studio looking like this, I swear my jaw hit the floor.
She works full time, she’s doing this whole motherhood journey solo, and she still showed up absolutely glowing. Confident, stunning, and completely owning the moment.
It’s wild seeing someone you know from the chaos of work step into a totally different version of themselves. And honestly, she nailed it.

🌸 She is only this little once. 🌸

Soft pink. Cherry blossoms. The tiniest toes you’ve ever seen.

This spring setup has my whole heart right now — everything about it is gentle, timeless, and made for baby girls stepping into the world for the very first time.

But here’s the thing no one tells you enough:

These days are fleeting. The curl of those fingers, the way she fits perfectly in your arms, the little sounds she makes in her sleep — they don’t keep.

Sometimes babies just don’t sleep during their session… and honestly? Part of me loves it.

Wide eyes, curious looks, tiny expressions, and those little moments of connection where we get to interact instead of tiptoe around a sleepy babe.

While there are certain poses (like chin-on-hands) that require baby to be in a deep sleep for safety, every session is guided by what that baby is comfortable with on that day. And that’s exactly how it should be.

At the end of the day, my priority is always the same: beautiful, safe images that capture your baby just as they are- awake, sleepy, or somewhere in between 🤍

No two sessions are ever the same, and that’s part of the magic.

Dads belong in photos, too.

Not just because one day these images will be treasured—but because of what they mean.

A daughter’s first sense of safety, strength, and protection often comes from her dad. The way he holds her, comforts her, and shows up for her quietly teaches her what love should look like. It sets the standard for the relationships she’ll accept later in life.

And then there’s this part—the softness.
The tenderness we don’t always get to see.
Strong arms becoming gentle.
Protectors becoming nurturers.
