Great photos don’t just happen… I don’t just have a gift. I work at this… I learn. I study.
My greatest asset in this job isn’t about my camera sills.
It’s that I LOVE people. It’s genuine. And everyone who is in front of my camera KNOWS it. That’s my magic. You are. You become just YOU in front of my glass. And it makes all the difference.
So grateful for friendships that last decades and the ability to travel to do this “job” that I love.

Getting to capture the Togiai’s since 2019 makes my heart smile!! Seeing their girls grow from maternity sessions to the free spirited and sweet lil ones they are is the BEST part of my job!

If I had to tell you all the thing that I really struggle with in my business it is selecting sneaks... I am slowwww at it. I can't choose. I get lost in all the sweet expressions and different moments and then suddenly I am editing the whole gallery and giving wayyyyy more images than I should... and not getting sneaks out fast. So I apologize in advance- and for the Cowgill family, I'm sorry right now. I just love you all and your very full of love gallery will hopefully make up for waiting a couple days for sneaks. ;)

What to expect in a photo session with me this fall... connection with your people, movement, giggles, snuggles and images that are filled with love....
What you leave behind is worry. I gotchu....I love your active kiddos. Give me that teenager that is too cool... The toddler that always wants to do what they want... I had/have them and I get how to handle em! You don't have to boss or threaten them to get smiles... I really am great at making this fun. Even husbands who hate getting in front of the camera are put at ease.

Annalise was one of my Seniors I took photos for last year and had so much fun capturing, so when her Mom wanted to get family photos before they took her off to college in Pennsylvania I was so happy!
For this session my best friend from Illinois was here and she came and took behind the scenes photos for me.
I thought it was fun to see the difference between what a phone camera captured vs my professional setup…
What do you think? I say grab the memories with what you have, but also I love providing beautiful images for my clients walls. 🤍

It’s so important as a business today to have imagery that represents you well and puts your best foot forward… professionalism begins with the images you put out in the world- they should let your clients know you take your work seriously and that your good to work with.
