Due to the increasing chance of rain in the forecast, Exotics at Redmond Town Center has cancelled the car show for Saturday, August 29.

Due to my previous scheduling commitments, I will not be able to reschedule a meetup at the car show with Kenmore Camera. If you’re still interested in the British Car Featured Show, that has been rescheduled for September 12.

Join us for this great opportunity to photograph several raptors in a park like setting. Owls, Falcons, Hawks and more will be available to photograph in a wide-open natural park-like area. You will have an opportunity to photograph birds in flight in a predictable and controlled setting. This event promotes falconry and includes the sharing of info on falconry practices. Location will be shared via Eventbrite 24hr before event to respect the property owner's privacy.

The Photo with Sony Camera Contest runs from June 15, 2026 to August 28, 2026.
 
All photos entered into the contest must be created with a Sony interchangeable lens camera within the contest period of June 15, 2026 to August 28, 2026.
 
Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM PDT on August 28, 2026.
 
Winners will be announced on or about September 30, 2026.

💰PRIZE INFO:
ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER will receive a $2,000 Kenmore Camera Gift Card to be applied towards the purchase of new Sony cameras and/or lenses at Kenmore Camera.
 
EACH CATEGORY WINNER (Portrait, Landscape, Bird/Wildlife, Street/Travel) will receive a $200 Kenmore Camera Gift Card to apply toward the purchase of new Sony cameras and/or lenses at Kenmore Camera.

All eligible submissions will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Impact: Photo shows ability to immediately grab attention, as well as clarity regarding subject or moment being captured (40%);

Technical Quality: The precision and control demonstrated in ex*****on of the photo, including by assessing sharpness, exposure and lighting (30%); AND

Creativity: Photo shows original thought and creativity, is unique and distinctive (30%).
