If you’re already on my calendar, your date is locked in and we are good to go.
However , I won’t be taking on any additional bookings for 2026. As much as I’ve tried to convince myself otherwise, I am not a robot, I cannot duplicate myself, and caffeine only goes so far.
Photography is not my full-time job. I work a full time career outside of it, we just welcomed another precious baby, which means I now have two tiny humans running my household, and my husband will be off fighting fire nearly all of the summer. So while I love photography deeply and my heart says “yes, absolutely, let’s do everything,” my nervous system has politely filed a complaint.
For this season, I’m choosing sanity, and being present with my children any chance I get over stretching myself too thin (which I have a bad habit of doing) 😅
Thank you all TONS for the constant support, referrals, and love over the years. This isn’t a dramatic retirement post, it’s just a “mom needs to chill for a minute and pump the brakes announcement”. I am forcing myself to be a realist and accepting that I can’t do the work of four adults long term even if I wish I could. I’ll be back when life feels a little less chaotic and I will see you all down the road when I’m back at it and full of creative energy again. Thank You from the bottom of my heart! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
