Hello,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Juan Lopez. He passed away suddenly on 11/7/2022 at the age of 55 years old. Juan was an amazing man with a talent for photography. I know that he touched many of your hearts with laughter and his cheeky disposition.
We will be having a celebration of life on Sunday 11/20/22 between 10-2 at Best Western located at 5542 E Hwy 34 Loveland, CO 80537. Space is limited but we welcome you to join us to mourn his passing and celebrate his life.
Please feel free to share your stories and pictures.
Juan you will be truly missed.

I always think of moose, elk, deer and sheep when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. I have started paying more attention to the birds that come visit our state and was great to capture images of this Wilson's Warbler. They had been flying around and I found a place that this one was enjoying and just hung out. These move very quickly but finally a few unobstructed views of these beautiful birds.

From Kearney Nebraska there was a blue bird day but the moon was shining bright during the day. I realized this because a redwing blackbird singing behind me with a call I had not heard before. While this is a tail feather shot I still felt the challenge to capture the cranes with the moon.
