A little bit about me...my name is Lori Lemke and I am a busy mom to my two amazing children, Mila (9) and Liam (12), and married to my charismatic husband, David (who I joke is my 3rd child! Ha, just kidding, love you honey!) I have essentially been an artist my entire life, that was my dream as a child and now here I am. I graduated from UW-Stout with a Bachelor of Fine Art with a concentration
in painting (but my studies also included photography, ceramics, sculpture, drawing, and metals). Even as a busy mom, I have continued with painting in all different forms and materials. It wasn't until after the birth of my 1st born that I rediscovered a love for photography. I wanted to capture every little moment, because like the old saying goes 'they grow up too fast!" is so true! I have been taking a family picture every year since they were born (and 1000s in between!) and I'm so glad I did. In a blink of an eye they are changing and you quickly forget how small they once where. I look back at those old photos and think how they could be such stinkers and not cooperate for a photo. But now that doesn't matter, that's how they were at that age. I decided to share my passion of Photography when we moved back to the Fox Valley in 2013 as my friends began contacting me to take their family photos and off I went with it :) I love capturing families not only posed but in there true nature in the moment. I specialize in family photos, engagement, milestones, senior portraits, and newborns, however, I no longer do weddings.
