My work is usually destination as I do not run a studio. I have always loved art and taking pictures for as long as I can
remember, but I think I truly fell in love with photography after the
birth of my second daughter when my husband gifted me with my first
professional camera. My children then became my favorite photo subjects
and I haven't put the camera down since. My love for the arts promp

ted me
to begin mixing media to create photos with unique personal feel. I like to
spend a little time with my subjects to get an idea of their personality and
style. (and yes even the inanimate objects reflect a personality and quirkiness). Once I've spent the time, the photos then create themselves! I very much enjoy photography not just as beautiful pictures of a special moment,
but as a moment captured as beautiful art.
