Can we talk about what you're really paying for with a newborn session? Because it's more than "someone shows up and takes pictures."
Before we even get to your session, there's planning where we are figuring out timing around your due date, staying flexible if baby comes early or late (because babies don't care about calendars), and making sure everything's ready to go whenever you are.
Then on the actual day, it's props and outfits (all provided, you don't lift a finger), your choice of in-home or studio, and a lot of patience. Newborns don't really take direction, so a lot of what you're paying for is someone who knows how to work around feedings, meltdowns, and naps without rushing you, your other children, or your baby.
Your package includes a set number of digital images, and if you fall in love with more than that, extra ones are available too.
And your siblings and pets? Always included at no extra charge because that big brother staring at his new sister or the dog who won't leave the baby's side is part of your story too.
A newborn session starts at $375. And no matter what, I will always be someone who cares about getting it right for your family 🤍
