Joelle and Dwane are on the blog with their latest maternity session. It feels like just yesterday, but their sweet baby is almost a month old now. ❤️

I have done photos for Joelle and Dwane for over 4 years. It has been so much fun watching their family grow. This outdoor lifestyle maternity session in Kansas City was everything that I wanted for them (and then some). As much as I love a good golden hour, overcast days are my absolute favorite.

Hello everyone! It feels like it has been AGES since I’ve been on here. I shot my first Colorado wedding a few weeks ago. How gorgeous is this couple? 😍 ⁣⁣

A few life updates:⁣⁣

1) A month ago we moved full time into an RV! We wanted to have the freedom to travel for the next year or so. We love tiny living so far! Follow me on Instagram over at to keep up with me. 🤗⁣⁣

2) We are currently in Colorado Springs.⁣⁣

3) I have decided to work part time this year. What does this mean for clients? I am only taking on a very select number of sessions per month and limiting myself to one small wedding/elopement per month. ⁣⁣

I’m baaaaack. 👋🏻 Sorry that I’ve been MIA— January was a crazy month for my little family. We moved into our new place (still in SA) and then we went on a family vacation to the sunny state of FL. 🌞 We started off the trip by watching the win the Super Bowl 🎉 (does anyone remember that I predicted that at the beginning of the season? 😉) after that we had a full week at Disney. We had already planned on going to Magic Kingdom on the 3rd— so it worked out that we got to see in the Disney Super Bowl parade. Coolest experience ever! 🤩 ⁣

7 years ago I told my co-workers that I wanted to be a birth photographer— and it only took me 7 years to finally shoot my first birth story. Better late than never. 😂 This mama is so strong. It was such an honor to be witness of it all. ❤️⁣
