This is Grace and Annie (horse), a dynamic duo that surprised me yesterday as we did a shoot. Grace is a friend from high school who was really excited to do a shoot with Annie and her boyfriend and brother, so we ventured out to get it done! Annie was one of those horses who at first glance just seemed like a regular horse, but over time came to show how loving she can be. And she loves peppermints.

Aircraft and aviation photography can be a bit tricky, because getting the blur of the prop is important to give the feel that the object is moving. I took these during an airshow in Pittsburg, Kansas that honored our Veterans.

These pictures were taken at Pittsburg State University's Veterans Memorial, located near the student center. Honoring the service of our military personnel is paramount to being an American citizen, and I was humbled to see this memorial.
