If you're new here, it's important that you know something crucial about The Empowerment Studio--it's not for everyone.

R@cists, naz*s, homophobes, transphobes, ableists, fatphobes or anyone else that denies the full humanity and rights of certain groups of people should probably just stay home.

But hey! If all of those kinds of folks make you feel itchy, too--you can sit at our lunch table. We'll skootch.

Two important things:
A. We are trying really hard to get our content to reach a wider audience. If you see anything on our page that you like, I'd love it if you could help us out by sharing it or even just telling your friends about the Empowerment Studio.
B. We are opening the pop-up Facebook group next week so we can host a really fun [rhymes with shmiv-away] in honor of Pride Month! The link to the group is in the doodly-doo and you want to start adding your friends NOW if you want a chance to win.

Being whole can mean stepping out of line and that can make some people a little... twitchy. It's fine. That's actually a them problem.

In our bo***ir sessions, we help people who've been taught to see their bodies as the problem. They get to reclaim their own power and pleasure, so they can feel seen, feel sexy, and carry that with them long after they leave our studio.

We can understand why it might feel extremely vulnerable to explore the idea of booking a session with us--even if you might not be that nervous about showing up in photos.

Because for some folks, it might not be that you're taking the pictures but because you are violating a social contract where you promised to participate in your own diminishment so everyone stays comfortable.
And that has worked for a lot of us... for a while. But it's not sustainable.

We've got something sustainable over here in the Empowerment Studio.

Let's crowdsource some ways to stay informed while keeping our hearts and minds cared for.
Take breaks. Set timers. Ask a friend to fill you in.
You don't have to turn away from the world's pain to take care of yourself.
