One of my happiest payoffs in wedding photography is when the weather is NOT cooperating (let's be honest, that's way more often than not), but you can't tell in the photos ;) It was crazy windy, and it was frustrating for all, but the payoff is, well, see for yourself!

October is "Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month", which is near and dear to our hearts and the work we do with "Solace Photography". Solace's mission is to offer professional and compassionate photography services for families navigating life threatening and/or end of life with a child (or children). In honor of what this month stands for, we're doing OUR FIRST EVER fundraising campaign, and our goal is to raise $5000 by the end of the month! Our potential reach is vast, our passion for this work is BIG, and we're only a team of 2 photographers, myself and Laura. We currently primarily operate in Children's Mercy Hospital, but this campaign effort will help us expand our reach within Children's, to people's homes, hospice houses, other hospitals, etc. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
