Those that wish to inject any of the above things will be removed. Poised Imagery will select individuals based on talent and skill, and no other reason. The best suited for the job or role is the one who will be selected, regardless of any reason, race, color, creed, religion, etc. Public or private posts on any social media or otherwise based on politics, racism, gender, pronoun usage or otherwise, will not be tolerated and be separate from Poised Imagery. Note - In the absence of a model or event release, photos will only be retained for 30 beyond delivery. Delivery date is determined be the date and time stamp of the service used to deliver the photos, such as wetransfer.com or other selected service. There are no exceptions to this policy. In consideration of my engagement as a model, upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to Maverick Bolen of Poised Imagery, photographer, his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom the photographer is acting, and those acting with his/her authority and permission:
a) the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. b) I also permit Poised Imagery to retain any and all photos, public or private for marketing purposes with no time limit. c) I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied. d) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save Maverick Bolen of Poised Imagery, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. e) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. I agree to grant to Poised Imagery and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of my____( event type of event)____ . I furthermore accept the legal responsibility to authorize permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of my guests at the heretofore mentioned event. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote Poised Imagery, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation. I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name and for those in attendance at my event. Copyright notice:
No photograph copyrighted by Poised Imagery or Maverick Bolen may be used in any manner without express written consent. Any photograph taken by or containing the logo of Poised Imagery is a copyrighted photograph and protected under copyright laws and the Digital Millenium Copyright Act of August 2000. Use of any photograph without the express written consent of Poised Imagery shall be deemed a copyright infringement and action be taken upon as such. Removal of the logo or watermark, or the altering of a photograph to remove the watermark or logo shall likewise be deemed a violation of copyright law and subject to copyright infringement penalties. Unsatisfied - a money back refund is the only guarantee offered if requested within 45 days of delivery of photos.
