People practiced fire cupping in Europe, Asia and Africa for thousands of years. The art of healing through pain . These past four months have been some of the most painful moments and experiences I have ever copped with in my twenty-four years on this earth . It has made me grow , adjust and adapt . The concept of losing my foundation and rebuilding everything has been a very interesting one and that leads me to this .

I have decided to start over . Not only in life but my content creation . “The House Is Burning” will now be my NEW podcast where I still be very personal and vulnerable about life changes , mental health , gender roles and etc . I will have guest who are friends , professionals and all people alike talking about personal struggles of building the foundation over when it seems like it was falling on top of them .

Thank you guys for being along with me for this journey ! I love the support . You drive me to be great . Get ready for the ride .
