I love your happy side, your sad side, your silly side, your mad side,
I love your fingers and toes, your ears and nose.
I love your hair and eyes, your giggles and cries.
I love you running and walking, silent and talking.
I love you through and through… yesterday, today and tomorrow too.

The rustling of leaves under the feet in woods and under hedges;
The crumpling of cat-ice and snow down wood-rides, narrow lanes and every street causeway;
Rustling through a wood or rather rushing, while the wind
halloos in the oak-toop like thunder;
The rustle of birds' wings startled from their nests or flying
unseen into the bushes;
The whizzing of larger birds overhead in a wood, such as
crows, puddocks, buzzards;
The trample of robins and woodlarks on the brown leaves.
and the patter of squirrels on the green moss;
The fall of an acorn on the ground, the pattering of nuts on
the hazel branches as they fall from ripeness;
The flirt of the groundlark's wing from the stubbles –
how sweet such pictures on dewy mornings, when the
dew flashes from its brown feathers.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of every day’s
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood’s faith.

What a meaningful intimate wedding celebrated at a hunting lodge full of character on an August evening. Beautifully decorated by the bride herself, too - breathtaking skills in floral arrangements!
Congratulations, Adam and Felicity!

Gorgeous Kyle and Keri chose a beautiful historic chapel for their intimate sweet wedding. The weather made us hold our breath but ended up cooperating wonderfully!

Samantha and Benjamin pledged their hearts to each other in an intimate circle of immediate family at an edge of a sky blue reflecting pond overarched by two magnificent deeply rooted trees at a coziest place one can choose for a November wedding - a Christmas tree farm right outside Kansas city. It was truely a special ceremony that I am grateful to cover. I loved it all - there is less pressure on keeping a strict schedule for the day, and more focus on what really matters: two people committing their lives to each other, and two families becoming one.
Samantha had most amazing bridesmaids who could read thoughts on when to fix a detail or how to support the bride in each monent of the day. Ben's siblings were hilerious and brought some stunning smiles to all.
The bride and groom had a most genuine connection and sparkle!
If there is anything positive to come out about this current situation with COVID, it is this opportunity to slow down and and truly soak in the intimacy of the relationships with those closest and dearest to us.
I am so thrilled for all these couples who just say SCREW IT and get married no matter what it looks like, and no matter what former ideas they had.

Wishing the most blessed married life to a fullest to this amazing couple!

This grand chandelier reminded me of a huppa (chuppa) in Jewish weddings that serves as a symbol that the bride and groom are creating a new home amongst themselves. The physical roof, even if it is more symbolic than functional, serves as a safe place where the couple can commit to one another and embark on a life together. And the makeshift chuppah reminds us that no matter how rich or poor, the bride and groom will make a home together with the smallest of means as long as they stay true to their commitment!
The wedding canopy can be seen as representing the protective blanket of God, and the love and presence of special people who have died and/or simply could not make the wedding. During the ceremony, introducing the huppah can be a good time for offering a moment of silence to remember these people.
