I was sitting in a coffee shop with some friends, editing, when a vendor friend sent me a text saying ā€œcongratulations!ā€
I froze.. and just stared at my screen.
Iā€™m humbled and thankful that amongst SO many truly incredible photographers here in KC, I was voted by my fellow peers as a finalist in the .kansascity ā€œvendor choice awardsā€
/as a side note.. Iā€™m pretty sure the winner has to say some words. On stage. And if you know meā€¦ I cannotā€¦ šŸ„“ this is why Iā€™m behind the camera and not in front of it./

Ask anyone in the wedding industry and theyā€™ll tell you.. this year was the hardest year. It just about broke me. Some days, I felt broken - Not knowing how I would continue on. Then something clicked for me over this week. Itā€™s hard for me to explain in so many words.. but the weekend finished with back to back AMAZING weddings; My spirit was rejuvenated and I feel myself coming back šŸ¤ so look out 2022.. Iā€™m coming for ya.
