A woman recently posted on Threads asking why women were posting pictures of themselves in lingerie or half naked, saying it was “not giving future-wife energy”.
And after I posted this video with her comment at the beginning and said “Because I want to, that’s why.” I had another thought.
I made a whole business model out of the fact that I wanted other women to feel as good I did in front of the lens. Trust me when I say not a single man was involved in that decision, and when I ask my clients what they’re doing it for, a few have said for their partners, but then they follow up with “I just want to feel beautiful, can you make me beautiful?”
To which I always answer, “I don’t make you into something you aren’t already, I just give you the freedom to love yourself.”
Take the pictures. Even if you never show them to anyone but yourself. You’ll thank me later. 🧡
