Hey I'm Katie, a portrait photographer located in Kansas City. I recently left my corporate IT consulting job to focus on building my photography portfolio as well as finishing my masters program in Mental Health Counseling. I have a deep love and appreciation for life's small moments and I am grateful for the opportunity to capture those through photography.

Here are some facts about me:
-Ask any of my friends what my favorite sauce is, they will scream in unison: BUFFALO. In this house we put Frank's Red Hot on all the things.
-I have an Australian Shepherd named Otis; he is extremely photogenic so you'll probably see him a lot around here.
-I grew up in Lansing, Kansas (about 45 minutes outside Kansas City), but I also consider Colorado Springs my home.
-I am an avid follower of (I am still mad for , her voice and stage performance is 🔥!!)
-My next challenge I am going to tackle is learning Spanish
