Happy tranquility Sunday. 🌺
Nestled at the foot of the Ko’olau Mountains in Oahu is the Byodo-In Temple, a replica of Japan’s 950-year-old original. Surrounded by lush gardens and koi ponds, this place invites me to reflect on my parents that I lost 3 months ago. They passed 18 days apart.🕊️ I miss you guys so much.

I took these shots from the DWP building and the guard came up to me and said I can’t shoot here because it’s private property. I asked her how can a public utility building be private property and continued to shoot.
