Five years. FIVE! ❤️

I had the absolute best time with this family today at the historic Belton Bridge in Glacier National Park! After five years of family sessions together, we decided to switch things up and have a little fun climbing on rocks, exploring under the bridge, and making some memories along the way.

It was definitely a little chilly and windy, but the beginning of those gorgeous Montana fall colors made it completely worth it. 🍂 And of course, these three made the whole session a blast!

I’m so thankful they keep trusting me to capture their family year after year. ❤️📸

The chemistry between these two is simply 😍. You can feel the love between them in every photograph, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day to capture it.

Yesterday brought us incredible weather, beautiful light, and those first hints of Montana's fall colors beginning to peek through. Add these two to the mix, and it was absolute perfection. 🍂✨

Montana definitely showed off for Kyle and Victoriah, and I was so honored to be there to capture such a beautiful moment in their story.

Best wishes to Kyle and Victoriah! May your life together be filled with just as much love, laughter, adventure, and happiness as you shared during your session. ❤️

A special shout out to my second shooter, my husband! I recently sustained a shoulder injury, so he stepped up and helped me out. I think we make a pretty darn good team! 😉

They said “I do” before most of Montana had even had its coffee. ☕️

This morning started VERY early at Lake McDonald for the sweetest little elopement adventure in Glacier National Park… and let me tell you, it was 100% worth crawling out of bed before sunrise! 😂🌄

We started at the calm waters of Lake McDonald as the first light of the day began to peek over the mountains, then hopped in the car and headed up the Going-to-the-Sun Road, making our way toward Logan Pass.

And WOW… Montana really decided to show off for these two. 😍

The towering mountains, misty water, dramatic morning light, and that gorgeous sunrise created the most incredible backdrop for their day. From romantic moments tucked into the rocks to exploring the park in full wedding attire, this morning was basically the perfect combination of love + adventure + ridiculously beautiful scenery.

And can we talk about that sunrise?! 🌄❤️

There is something incredibly special about eloping in Montana. No huge crowd. No stress. Just two people who love each other, a gorgeous mountain landscape, and a whole lot of adventure.

And yes… getting dressed up before the sun is fully awake is totally worth it when 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 is your view. 😂☕️

I absolutely loved getting to tag along for this adventure and capture such a beautiful beginning for these two. I am so honored I got to be there to document these moments that they'll hopefully look back on for years to come.

Congratulations, you two! ❤️

May your life together always be filled with adventure, laughter, beautiful views, and plenty of reasons to wake up ridiculously early. 🥰🏔️

From Iowa to Montana for a family adventure! 🏔️💙

I had so much fun photographing this sweet family from Iowa on Sunday, September 13th, at Lake Koocanusa in Eureka, Montana!

And because apparently Montana wanted to give them the full experience, we had mist, gray skies, and a whole lot of rain to work with. 😂🌧️ But honestly? I think it made their session even more memorable!

We embraced the weather, grabbed the umbrellas, laughed our way through the rain, and made some beautiful memories surrounded by the mountains and Lake Koocanusa. There was something pretty magical about that misty Montana backdrop—and this family handled the weather like absolute champs!

The individual portraits, the family photos, the beautiful scenery… and yes, those umbrellas ☂️—I love how these images tell the story of their Montana adventure.

We welcomed our sweet little Walker into this world April 19th and we are so in love ❤️ his older brothers adore him and love helping mom and dad out.
