Another blast from the past

Sober living!!!!! It takes work, commitment, desire, patience, discipline, dedication, and courage,……. Everyday!!!! Unfortunately I suffer from something that has no cure and that something is addiction. The longer I’m sober the more that I see how common it is. I’m not afraid to take the hard road anymore. Join me in the Sober Up Hawai’i movement and let’s make Hawai’i a better place for everyone. Much love and aloha.

I’m so very proud of my student Dillon Smith. He got the silver metal in the triple crown of Jiu-jitsu. His journey is just beginning. A lot of time and commitment with this kid as he has autism. He will be one of the best! Feels like I won the silver medal. 🤣😂🤣💯I had to hold back the tears. I’m so proud of him. Osssssss!!!!!
