This Military Appreciation Month, I’m honored to share these moments with a family who has given so much in service to our country. ❤️

These photos were taken after a very meaningful milestone: a final flight with the C-130s.

A career filled with sacrifice, strength, dedication, missed holidays, long deployments, homecomings, and countless unseen moments that only military families truly understand.

Behind every uniform is a family that serves too. The spouses who hold everything together, the children who wait patiently, and the loved ones who carry both pride and sacrifice hand in hand.

Thank you to this beautiful family for allowing me to capture such a bittersweet and special chapter of your lives. And thank you to all of our military members and families for your service, resilience, and sacrifices that often go unseen. 🇺🇸

Our military orders are in… and the Hammers are excited to announce that we’re moving to…

We’re officially staying in O‘ahu for another 3 years!!! ☀️🌊⛱️🌴🐚🌺

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Staying here in Hawai‘i feels like such a gift, even if it wasn’t the original plan. The slow mornings, ocean air, golden sunsets, and that “we’re really here” kind of peace hits different when you realize you get to keep it a little longer.

Not everything goes the way you expect… but I’ll happily take this version 🥰

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA, life has definitely been life-ing lately! We just got back to the island after almost 3 weeks away visiting my family back home 🇵🇭 and finally seeing my husband after 3 months of being away 🇺🇸🥹

Oʻahu has been extra rainy and gloomy, but I’m officially back and booking! I still have a few summer slots left, so message me if you’ve been thinking about it ✨

After 5 years of photographing families and milestones, I’ll be making a small price increase—my first one in 3 years. As much as I’d love to keep prices the same forever, the cost of running a business has gone up (equipment, software, travel, insurance… all the not-so-fun behind-the-scenes stuff).

This little adjustment helps me continue to pour the same care, time, and quality into every session—while also keeping this business sustainable for me and my family. My experience has grown a lot over the years, and I’m committed to delivering beautiful, consistent work and an easy, stress-free experience for my clients.

In the meantime, feel free to check out my (work in progress) but slightly updated website 🤍 The price increase will take effect starting today, 2.6.26.

I’ve been a little inactive lately, aside from responding to inquiries, and I wanted to share why. My husband recently left for school/training and will be gone for about seven months. That means I’m solo parenting while also running this small business.

Because of that, I’ve intentionally slowed things down. I only accepted three clients this month to give myself and my kids the time and space to adjust to this new normal.

This business has been such a dream, and I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who continues to trust me with their photos. That said, my family will always be my top priority. Moving forward, I’ll be accepting a limited number of sessions—about 1–2 clients per week.

We also may be PCSing (for my non-military friends, that means a permanent change of duty station) sometime this fall, to a location we don’t yet know. Because of that, I’ll only be accepting clients through August of this year. I’ll be sure to keep you all updated as I learn more.
