Anyone else see a difference? 👀

A few things to note as well:
-7750 Crossbow Ct listed by The Jacobs Munden Group, Exp Realty was shot on a cloudy day, and the grass is still warming up and trying to get green.
-7750 Crossbow Ct has been on Zillow for 1 day with 1,000 views, the other listing has been on Zillow for 4 days with only 3,000 views.
-the photos were delivered the same day it was photographed!

This awesome barndo build in north Weatherford, soon to be listed by The Jacobs Munden Group, Exp Realty, is a dream! We did some drone images to highlight the privacy that awesome creek and tree line provides! (and yes, there is a detached garage with living space on the property!) Images were captured on 3/2 in under an hour, completed before midnight, and delivered promptly at 8am the following morning just so to make sure they weren't waiting on the images to list. 😎

Photographed yesterday, all photos (including complimentary drone images) edited and sent the same day, and this listing already has at least two scheduled showings for today! Patsi Cassidy Realtor has a gem of a listing and I can't thank her enough for the opportunity to photograph it!

Had the pleasure of shooting this awesome home with a massive shop in Boyd for Patsi Cassidy Realtor, I broke out the drone for some complimentary drone shots to show what a normal camera can't on the ground, the distance from the neighboring homes and that massive backyard! 🏡📸
