Where do I even begin? Jack Bates is hands down the most talented person I’ve ever encountered. He has such a vision and he executes perfectly. My husband and I don’t do well in front of the camera lol but Jack never fails to make us feel so comfortable and confident. He’s a true professional but also super engaging and lighthearted. Jack has captured my proposal and now my wedding and I truly cannot recommend him enough! Thank you so much Jack 🙏🏼❤️

From what I heard, finding a photographer for your wedding can be stressful and finding the right people you can trust to capture that moment can be a challenge. Jack Bates not only delivers in high-quality photography that genuinely captures every moment and emotion, but also was the most dependable and professional vendor we could have chosen. He’s thoughtful in his work, on time, and will direct a large group of people with ease to basically make sure that you get everything you want. You can tell he genuinely cares and loves what he does. Whether it was our engagement photo shoot of just the two of us or the wedding day with hundreds of people, he never missed a perfect moment and made everyone feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience with Jack Bates Photography. He captured one of the most important moments of our lives with such care, talent, and heart. The drone photo of the actual proposal is something we’ll treasure forever.Right after, he somehow turned our excitement into the sweetest impromptu mini engagement shoot on the beach. We were just living in the moment—and he managed to photograph that joy so naturally and beautifully.His creativity, timing, and eye for detail are unmatched. We’re so grateful to have these memories preserved so beautifully. Truly phenomenal work—could not recommend him more!

Ever sense lightroom dropped this feature my fear of cranking the ISO has been completely eliminated. This doesn't give me the excuse to shoot high ISO for no reason but it allows me to use more natural light in low light. Just make sure your shooting in RAW and try this out
