The kitchen is one of the most closely examined spaces in real estate photography.
Both buyers and Airbnb guests often start exploring a home by looking at the kitchen.

That’s why during the shoot we capture not only the overall view of the space, but also the details: countertops, lighting, textures, and the elements that create a sense of comfort and functionality.

For short-term rental properties this is especially important - guests want to understand how well the kitchen is equipped and how convenient it is for everyday use.

In this project, we aimed to present the kitchen in a way that shows not only its scale, but also its atmosphere.

In this home, the living room is connected to the dining area and kitchen, creating one open, cohesive space.
This type of layout highlights scale, natural light, and the way the zones flow together.

For this part of the shoot, we focused on capturing the overall atmosphere and proportions of the space.

A property’s outdoor space isn’t just a bonus - it’s a major part of how the home is perceived.

When we shoot, we focus not only on the house itself, but on the feeling of the space: the pool area, patio setup, relaxation spots, and the details that create comfort and privacy.

These visuals are especially important for short-term rentals - guests aren’t choosing just a house, they’re choosing an experience. The better the outdoor lifestyle is presented, the easier it is for future guests to picture themselves there.

For this project, we captured the key outdoor zones - from the pool and covered patio to the tennis court and other leisure areas - with an emphasis on atmosphere and detail.

We present properties in a way that makes them stand out - whether they’re being listed for rent or for sale.
