This is how bad I am at sharing on the socials…. I am in love with these photos. My sweet friend is gorgeous and totally rocked the bump. We traveled all the way to La Pine, got an Airbnb for the weekend, and then traveled to Terrabone to take her photos at Smith Rock 8 MONTHS ago and I’m just now sharing them. What is wrong with me?!🤪 Anywho…. New summer, new me I guess!

Sitting here just daydreaming of being able to be a full time photographer when I grow up and spend days like these with people like them!! I had such a blast getting to capture this beautiful wedding and getting to spend time with such a wonderful group of people!!

Here is something about me that may surprise some of you… I am a very Type B person! Who woulda thought?! I tend to be very relaxed, flexible, tend not to get worked up about things too much that are out of my control, do things somewhat last minute and occasionally procrastinate. While all of these make for a fun, laid back and carefree shoot, it also means it takes me some time to get contracts out, put together timelines and whatnot and occasionally take some time to deliver your galleries. While I try my absolute best to utilize my time to be present and devote all my time to you, I am also a mom to 2 kiddos and the cutest weiner dog, a full time employee, a friend, a vacationer, a sourdough maker, “a good cooker lady” per my daughter and a lover of the beautiful life we’ve built to enjoy. I’ve made some goals this summer though!! 1. Be more timely. 2. Work on my time management. Feel free to give me a hard time about these things to keep me on track🤣 Also, thank you all for your continued support, patience and love!

Make sure to read until the end💞

I heard something today that really resonated with me and smacked me right in the feels. It made me really think back about all the struggles as a “single” mom (there really isn’t anything single about it because I always have a kiddo with me). And as I was thinking about those “struggles”, I realized they were beautiful moments that created a friendship and bond between my babes and I that I will always be grateful for. With that being said, I would love to bless some mamas with some mini shoots! I know how much I love getting my photos of my babes and I so I want to bless others with that same feeling! I’ll be offering mama and me mini sessions for $75 (that’s 50% off my usual mini pricing) on the evening of June 7th. Sessions will be 20 minutes with minimum of 30 photos. Location is TBD but likely JC/Eugene area. Spots will be limited so reach out soon!!

I woke up this morning thinking it was Wednesday only Tuesday and I still have 4 full days of work which sucks. What doesn’t suck is the 3 day weekend we hang coming up!! Woot woot!

On a side note… book your family photos!! Feel free to bring the whole family and the dog!

It’s graduation season y’all!! There are so many graduates getting ready for that next chapter of life with so much excitement, bravery and courage! It’s so freaking exciting to hear everyone’s plans, hopes and dreams! I’m so excited for you!!

I know it seems and feels a bit early but now is the time to start thinking about your senior photos if you’re a sophomore getting ready to head into your senior year and want those warm, golden hour summer photos!!! Every school is a bit different but here in JC, your deadline for senior photos is in November so let’s take advantage of this great weather and take some amazing senior photos!!!!

My first wedding of the season is this weekend and to say I’m excited for it is a total understatement!! I get to take a little road trip with one of my favorite girlies and catch up which is long overdue and spend the day with an amazing couple on one of the best days of their lives. Summer, here we come!!
