What are you proud of yourself for accomplishing, big or small, in 2021?
• Chris: Taking the time to take care of my mental and physical health.
• Kacey: Taking a chance on a new position with totally stepping out of my comfort zone.

We’re 5 days from the New Year and as we all reflect on 2021 it’s hard not to let our minds go down the slippery slope of what we didn’t do, where we didn’t go, what we don’t have, so we’re trying to dig deep and focus on some positivity instead.

One of the most memorable sunsets I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing was in Jamaica with Kacey on our honeymoon. The vibrant colors reflecting against the clouds while the last bit of sun melted together what looked like an endless sky and ocean. A picture wouldn’t do it justice. Joshua Tree is one of our favorite places to visit. Whether we are here for a day trip, a photoshoot or camping with our doggies, there is no shortage of incredible views. There’s something about being out in the desert that brings a sense of calm to us. It’s nice being away from the daily grind of work and life. What about you, have you had a chance to visit?
