🎶✨ The tale of Covington Groove is one for the Shoe Fest books. Their bass wizard Colin — the heartbeat behind Tunes for a Minute, InFunktious, and of course Covington Groove — tore his kneecap just before the fest and had to sit this one out. 💔

But the groove never stopped. With Jim Conry (Old Shoe, Strange Arrangement) stepping in to dazzle the audience, Covington Groove made their first Shoe Fest appearance one to remember. 🙌 Colin, meanwhile, has kept the music alive elsewhere, playing seated à la Dave Grohl.

Here’s hoping this won’t be their last Shoe Fest — the groove runs too deep to quit. 🔥
