You might ask what is "low altitude" aerial photography* and how it differs from traditional aerial photography. We utilize a small remotely controlled helicopter with a GPS locking program which allows us to position our cameras into locations where full scale aircraft and helicopters just can't go. While most full scale aerial photography is done from altitudes of 1000 feet or higher, we're able to operate all the way down to ground level. For real estate listings, it gets away from that curb shot that everyone else is doing. We can get up there and get shots that can make a property stand out ina listings. Above All Media uses cutting edge RC and GPS locator interface technology for the most stable video ever imagined. The superior skill and experience of our RC pilot, using pioneering RCHDAP (Radio Controlled High Definition Aerial Photography) Multi-rotor helicopter, allows us to provide the most stable above ground level photography and video that our competitors cannot. Each project is unique based upon factors such as, but not limited to, site conditions, complexity of the project, risk to equipment and personnel, and end-use of photographs. Several factors are involved in estimating the cost for a specific job such as complexity of the job, site conditions, risk to equipment, distance to travel etc. For each job we will need to review your specific needs and provide you with a written estimate of the total costs. We treat each job as if they're all "Rush" jobs, and will attempt to get out and get your shots as quickly as possible, usually within the next day! Best hours for shooting are early mornings or later afternoons for more depth and contrast to your photos and video (weather condition permitting)
AERIAL VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY
Our aerial cameras produce crisp images and smooth 1080pHD and 2.7K video. We will provide you with a preview of the images/video LIVE on site with a wireless transmitter, letting you choose which shot takes you want to use. We provide minor editing of these premium images including cropping, adjust color levels, and stabilizing the video in an advanced post production edit suite. We don't bill by the hour or charge extra if the shoot takes longer than necessary or is affected by the weather. We price each job according to your requirements and needs. We will provide you with the adjusted edits of these images/videos within 3 to 5 business days of shoot, normally the next day in most cases, in the format agreed upon in the contract. Unless otherwise agreed upon by Above All Media and the client, all work will be performed cash on delivery on day of shoot unless prior agreement was made in contract. Personal and business checks are accepted with proper identification. A 50% deposit is required prior to all jobs being performed unless outlined in agreement and contract. The balance is due upon receipt of invoice on day of shoot or the terms outlined in the contract. All photographs or video will become your property once payment for the services has been received. All Above Media reserves the right to use any photograph or video for promotional purposes. Without knowing any details or specifics of the job we cannot give an accurate price quote so please contact us with your needs so we can work a custom package deal for you. If you have several objects or properties you need photographed on the same day, we can discount each job into one flat rate price. HOW FAR WILL WE TRAVEL? Where is the location and when do you need it done by? Typically, if your location is located within the Ark-La-Tex, there's no travel charge. Locations outside East Texas require us to charge for mileage at .50 per mile beyond the 75 mile radius of All Above Media office. We're available for jobs at any location in East Texas (Longview/Tyler/Texarkana). We are also available for any event or project, at any location nationwide! Weather is a factor; I don't like to shoot on overcast days. Dull light means dull photos. It also goes without saying that I don't photograph when it's raining or snowing. I like sunny days or at least partly sunny days. Winds usually aren't a problem unless it's blowing 10+ mph and gust. Early mornings are ideal and later afternoons have proven to make beautiful lighting and calmer wind conditions. We monitor local airport weather condition forecast and won't schedule something on a bad day. If it unexpectedly changes on site, we can reschedule with no added fees. If Pilot is not comfortable with conditions of the shoot, he reserves the right to cancel shoot and reschedule for a later date. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
Usage rights/licenses are not valid until payment is received in full. Ownership and reproduction rights of the photographs and/or video footage remain with Above All Media unless otherwise specified within a separate contract. We reserve the right to use any photograph and/or video footage for personal promotion in any medium chosen. Payment/Deposit for services rendered by Above All Media constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined here and within the project contract. After we have discussed your needs and you have submitted your contract with deposit, we will confirm your contract you by phone within 24 hours before shoot with the latest weather and information for the flight. *Legislature has accepted the use of these devices (unmanned rc Aircraft/drones) for commercial purposes. Currently, the only compliance guidelines in existence for SUASs (small unmanned aerial systems) are for hobbyists. Therefore, those are the rules we follow. Our equipment and flight procedures meet and exceed the safety requirements for SUASs in the Class G airspace. Above All Media aerial platform is under 12 pounds, stays lower than 400 feet, and is always in line of sight. The FAA announced in February that compliance guidelines for SUASs would be published in 180 days. The August 12 deadline has passed and Above All Media is just one of hundreds of small businesses around the country awaiting new regulations that will formalize the use of such devices for commercial applications. From small crafts like those used at Above All HD to obtain affordable aerial photography and video, to large cargo carrying drones for the shipping industry, we understand the complexity of the compliance efforts being developed and look forward to a timely resolution by the FAA.
