✨ Officially on Maternity Leave! ✨

As of this weekend, I am officially stepping away for maternity leave! I wrapped up my last newborn session on Friday and photographed my final wedding yesterday before taking some time to focus on welcoming our newest little one.

While I won't be taking on sessions over the summer, I am currently accepting newborn due dates for September and beyond, and my late summer/fall calendar is already filling up! 🍂 If you'd like to get on my schedule, now is a great time to reach out. Thank you all for your support, encouragement, and patience as I take this time for my family. I can't wait to share this next chapter with you and return later this year with lots of baby snuggles and fresh inspiration.

Yesterday felt less like “working a wedding” and more like getting to witness two people completely at ease with one another. No stress, no pressure, just two best friends soaking in every second surrounded by the people they love most. A smaller wedding tucked into Youngstown, Ohio, but somehow it felt larger than life in all the best ways.

Mike and I are so grateful we got to celebrate alongside them while also documenting such a beautiful day. These are the kinds of weddings that remind me why I love what I do so much. 🤍

Lilly looked like she belonged in a painting yesterday. 💚

The soft light through the trees, the satin dress, the garden paths, the effortless beauty of the entire day…everything felt so timeless.

But my favorite thing about her was how calm she was. No rushing, no stress, no overthinking. Just fully soaking in every second with the people she loves most. You could feel how loved she was in every room and every moment.

✨ NEWBORN AVAILABILITY UPDATE ✨

After I return from maternity leave, my newborn calendar for the remainder of 2026 is now officially open with limited availability! 🤍

Here’s what I currently have left:

September — 4 spots
October — 2 spots
November — 4 spots
December — 6 spots

If you’re currently expecting, I highly recommend reaching out before baby arrives to get on the schedule. Newborn sessions are typically photographed within the first 5–21 days after birth, and I only take a limited number of babies each month to allow flexibility for due dates and family time.

Sessions take place in my cozy in-home studio and include access to wraps, props, bonnets/headbands, baskets, and more for a soft, timeless style.

A little life update from behind the camera!

My heart (and calendar 🫶🏼) are so full, I am officially fully booked for newborn sessions until I head out on maternity leave! 🥹

I am still taking on regular sessions though, so if you’ve been thinking about booking, now is the time! Milestones, engagements, family sessions…all the good stuff.

And for my future mamas, I am now accepting September due dates and beyond for newborn sessions when I return from maternity leave!

Can we talk about our birthing team for a minute?

The often unsung heroes. The ones who advocate, reassure, encourage, and sometimes even cry happy tears right alongside you.

They witness some of the most vulnerable, powerful, life-changing moments… and then quietly move on to care for the next mama doing something equally incredible. 🤍

If you’re local to Johnstown, you just might recognize someone who cared for you in these photos! I'm blessed to have taken many medical professional's babies and feel so honored they trust me to do so! How special is that? This community truly wraps its arms around families in the most beautiful way.

As we prepare to welcome our own little one, I’ll be heading on maternity leave and will not be accepting newborn sessions June through August. I’ll begin easing back into sessions around mid-August with very limited availability as I transition back.
I do have limited newborn availability before then, and once those spots are filled, I will be fully booked until my return.
