Putting this out there again . . . . I'm looking for commercial space for my business as my landlord is changing directions at my current space this spring. Although I am a little sad to be moving on, I am excited about the possibilities a new space could offer!

My wish list:

- In Johnson City or somewhere within 20 - 30 minutes of it
- Safe, well lit location with on-site parking
- Prefer a more private location (or upper floor). Not interested in walk-in traffic.
- 1000 square feet or more
- private bathroom (s)
- Open concept preferred
- Higher ceilings a plus
- Good natural light
- Open to sharing space in another non-competing business. I currently occupy the 2nd floor of another business and that has worked fairly well.
- If sharing space, the ability to keep my space and belongings secure (alarm system, lock on my suite, etc.)
- Utilities included would be nice
- Upscale aesthetic

I have had a studio space since 2014 and I prefer that over location work. If you have any ideas, send them my way!! Thank you 😁
