Looking for dependable wedding/event assistants 🤍
(Assistant role only — no photography/shooting)
I’m building a small, reliable list of assistants for weddings and events when my core team ISN’T available.
♦️This is part-time / as-needed work, primarily weekends. For local (Jesup GA) AND out of town locations.
Please only reach out if you are serious, dependable, and confident you can commit when scheduled-there’s no room for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
This role is support only — you will not be taking photos. You’ll be helping me stay on schedule and keeping the day running smoothly.
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation (you may not need to stay the full scheduled time)
• Consistently punctual and dependable
• Calm under pressure and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and proactive (not someone who needs constant direction)
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with people
• Neat, polished appearance
• Physically able to be on your feet for long periods (walking, bending, carrying equipment)
What you’ll be doing:
• Helping manage timeline and keep things on track
• Carrying/setting up gear
• Assisting during busy, fast-moving parts of the day
• Being a reliable extra set of hands wherever needed
