Photography has always been a passion of mine. I am my only competition and I've been competing with myself for a long time...

On my 5th birthday I was given a little blue and yellow Kodak 110 film camera. I carried that camera everywhere I went for many years until the disposable came

ras came along. Then I was rarely without one of those because I couldn't afford a 'real' camera. Because I'm a nostalgia freak, I still have boxes upon boxes of photos of random people, places and things. The photos still remind where I was, who I was with and why I took those photos. They are my life's journal and I cherish each photographic memory I've collected. In 2009 I started an art business called Angie Gets Personal. I got the name because I was painting personalized name plaques. However it wasn't long until my passion for photography took over and became my main focus. In the summer of 2011 I decided it was time to make my photography business its own entity. So began the new name Laughter and Love Photography.
