Well, we finally got Amy her family pictures!

Amy had asked for a gift certificate for family pictures from her husband, and after a little while of life happening, we finally got everybody together and made it happen.

And y’all, I am so glad we did. The Groover family was so much fun, and we got some really good pictures.

When your kids are grown, getting everybody in the same place at the same time is half the battle. So I’m especially glad we were able to capture some pictures of this sweet family together.

Amy, I hope they were worth the wait. I sure enjoyed getting to know your crew!

There’s something extra special about photographing clients that become friends through all the different seasons of thier life. I’ve done all kinds of sessions for Abbie and JW over the years, but I think this one might be my favorite. 🤍

Celebrating their third sweet baby and getting to capture this season for their growing family was just so sweet. I can’t wait to see these three little ones together! 🥹🤍

What a beautiful day celebrating Anna Margret & Cas at The King and Prince on St. Simons Island! 🤍🌿

Pinks and greens, all their favorite people, SO much dancing, and the sweetest Southern coastal wedding. And y’all… they buried the bourbon and it worked! 😂 No rain, just a little Georgia breeze to keep everyone cool.

I loved getting to watch these two celebrate with all of their friends and family. So many sweet moments, so much fun, and a whole lot of love for these two.

Some moments in life come full circle in the sweetest ways. ❤️
You’re not going to believe this, but I was Mara Johnson’s labor and delivery nurse all those years ago! And now, somehow, that tiny baby has grown into a gorgeous young woman who is about to graduate high school! 🥹🎓

Mara has always been such a sweet soul and, best of all, so easy to talk to. Every time I see her, she always wants to know how my family is doing, like a true Southern lady. ❤️ And I wasn't surprised at all this week to see she made the WC homecoming court!

I love this girl so much, and I was so excited to get to capture her senior photos on Jekyll Island. I couldn’t be happier with how gorgeous these photos turned out!

•LANE WILLIS• WCHS Class of 2027

We started out at the golf course because golf is one of his favorite things, then headed to the high school where he spends plenty of time playing in the band. We finished up in the pond with his duck hunting gear and waders, and that’s when the REAL smiles came out! 😂 Lane and his brother love hunting, so I think we finally got into his element!

We had so much fun putting together his grad card and album last night, and I am SO excited for him and the entire Class of 2027!

Lane made my job easy, which isn't always the case with my senior guys! I didn’t even have to force him to smile or pull out any of my corny jokes, which honestly says a lot! 😂

Loved photographing these beautiful bridal party portraits at the Swan House in Atlanta. There’s just something about the gardens, the architecture, and that timeless Southern charm that makes this one of my favorite spots for wedding photography.

Abby Reese | Pierce County High School Senior 🤍

I had the best time getting to know Abby Reese and her family during her senior session! You know those people you meet and it feels like you’ve known them for years? That’s exactly how this family felt. I could have hung out with them all day!

Her mom, Janna, is just the sweetest, and Abby was so much fun to photograph. We spent the day at Jekyll Island and found so many pretty spots for her session. Her photos turned out SO pretty!

I’m so glad I got the chance to meet this sweet family and be a little part of Abby Reese’s senior year. 🤍

My sweet friends Reagen & Hadley 🤍

These two are about to become parents, and I couldn’t be more excited for them! Reagen was absolutely glowing! I’m so thankful I got to capture this little season for them before their sweet baby arrives. I already know this baby is going to be so loved, and I can’t wait to watch these two become parents! 🤍 And Special thanks to my girl Juli Moye for all the behind the scenes help! Sadie’s senior session at my favorite place, Saint Simons Island! 🤍🌴
Her mom and I loaded up the golf cart and rode all over the island, stopping at all my favorite little spots along the way. And let me just say… Sadie may be quiet, but this girl KNEW what she wanted! She had the sweetest vision for her session, and we had so much fun bringing it all together.

Her outfit choices were SO good, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. I love when a session really feels like the person you’re photographing, and I think we captured Sadie perfectly. 🤍

MACY IS A SENIOR! 🤍

I seriously cannot believe I’m saying that! It feels like it was just a few years ago I was a teenager myself spending the night with Macy's mama, and now we are the grown ups! I remember the day Macy was born, and now we’re taking her SENIOR pictures. How does that even happen?! 😂Time goes by far too fast!

Anyways, Justin and I have been friends with Macy’s parents since we were all kids, and our families have always been really close, so getting to do these pictures for Macy was extra special.

We spent the afternoon on Jekyll Island and had such a good time! And Macy… you are SO pretty! 😍 and you made my job pretty easy!

It’s just crazy to think about how long we’ve known this girl and now she’s getting ready to graduate. I’m so glad we got to capture this season for her. 🤍 Macy, I hope you have the BEST senior year! Love you!
