To celebrate Pi day I baked a classic apple pie using coconut sugar. It was my first time using coconut sugar and it was delicious and I highly recommend it.

Egyptian art, Greek art, Renaissance, Christian art, Byzantine etc considered the circle to be the symbol of the most divine. Here is to 3.14 and yes, Einstein's birthday. How could there be a more perfect union than Pi and Einstein?!

I chose Beethoven's 7th because to me it's possibly the most divine song ever! Oh, and he wrote it when he had gone deaf. Here's to celebrating math, art and creativity!

These images look beautiful in color, but there is nothing like traditional black and white / moody images. These would look awesome with an oversized 8 ply white mat (8660 is my favorite). Next time you're at the frame shop with some black and white prints ask to see the 8 ply mats. It really takes it to the next level.
